We will inspect the following:
The inspection will comprise of a visual assessment of accessible areas of the property to identify major and minor defects to the building and to form an opinion regarding the general condition of the building, this includes any safety observations at the time of inspection.
- Interior and Exterior
- Parts of the roof void space
- Sections of the roof exterior
- Parts of the subfloor area
- The site and any associated outbuildings within 30m of the main building
You will receive a full report, including digital photos. We will arrange the inspection for you, just give us the details of your Real Estate Agent and we will contact them and arrange with the vendors a suitable time to carry out the inspection Within 24 hours of inspection the report will be emailed to you the purchaser, the real estate agent and the settlement agent.
