- Carry out Pre Purchase Timber Pest Inspection within 48 hours of the request and the report will be emailed the same day to you, the buyer and there nominated settlement agent.
- Collect keys from your office when the property is empty and return at the end of the inspection if required.

- Send all invoices to the settlement agents, and payment is due at settlement unless the client specifies for the invoice to be sent directly to them.
